About Us

Oxygen was founded over 35 years ago by John Ross as a division of The Professionals. Built on strong values and a deep connection to the Wellington region, it grew steadily over the decades before expanding into Hawke’s Bay. In 2024, Oxygen became part of Crockers Property Group, one of New Zealand’s most established names in property management. While now part of a national group, Oxygen continues to operate with the same local presence and personal service it was built on.

With teams on the ground in Wellington and Hawke’s Bay, we understand the people, places and pressures unique to each region. Our staff live in the same communities we serve and bring a hands-on approach to managing every property. Whether it is a family home in Hastings or a multi-unit complex in the heart of Wellington, our support is never far away.

We offer a full range of services for landlords and property owners including tenant selection, rent collection, maintenance coordination and financial reporting. For body corporate clients, we provide guidance, administration and compliance support to help shared communities run smoothly and efficiently.

Oxygen is more than a service provider. We actively support local charities, schools and community events that strengthen the regions we serve. Whether it is sponsoring a fun run, helping out with a school fundraiser or backing grassroots initiatives, we are proud to give back to the communities where we live and work.
