The only exception to using your own contractors is for an emergency After Hours call. Oxygen has a team of highly skilled, competitively priced Contractors who are more than happy to carry out the repairs also.

The Landlord has a responsibility to fix/replace any listed chattels at the property, also make ongoing repairs resulting from fair wear and tear. Tenants must notify the Landlord of any damage or repairs. Intentional or careless damage caused by the tenant may result in the tenants covering the costs.
