Building trust is hugely important and essential to Oxygen’s ongoing success as a business.
It’s always been important for us to demonstrate to new customers that they can trust us. We’ve learnt the most impactful way to do that is to show honest and independent feedback from verified customers who have already experienced the services we offer.
That’s why we partnered with Trustpilot, an online review community, to collect, manage and leverage customer reviews. Potential customers can now see testimonials from over 430 existing tenants and owners, with an ‘Excellent’ rating and a TrustScore of 9.2/10.
Our aim for using Trustpilot was to provide our customers with a reliable place to leave an honest review, quickly and easily. Trustpilot have a zero-tolerance policy towards fake reviews, and a compliance team to ensure only genuine reviews of our services are published. We’ve found by seeking feedback from our owners and tenants, we can identify improvements to make their experience even better.
We cannot cherry pick the ones we like and all reviews – good, bad, and ugly, are published automatically online. We make sure we respond to all feedback we receive, and on the rare occasion that we receive negative feedback, our team makes contact with the customer and ensures we reach a resolution as quickly as possible.
Our ‘Excellent’ rating and testimonials are used on our website homepage and on all landing pages in order to support potential new customers with their property management decisions. It’s also in our marketing communications, featuring in email newsletters as well as on our social media platforms where we regularly share testimonials from our customers. We’ve found sharing our reviews really resonates with customers and we’ve seen some great engagement as a result.
Trustpilot has proven to be an invaluable tool for our team. 97% of consumers now read online reviews before making a financial decision, so having Trustpilot in place allows potential customers to read about the great experience others have had with Oxygen to make their choice. It is an incredibly useful tool for building new customer relationships and showcasing our track record in delivering excellent customer service.
