Your feedback matters and is extremely important to us. Telling us about your experience with your Property Manager - or anyone in our team for that matter - good or bad, means we can better understand what is important to you, what we are doing well and any areas we need to improve on.
The Oxygen survey is an important feedback tool we use so our tenants and owners who use Oxygen’s services have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. It asks tenants and owners how likely they are to recommend us to a friend or colleague (scale of 1-10), the main reason for their score, and how we could improve on their experience.
When a survey request from us arrives in your inbox, we’d really appreciate you completing the survey because your feedback not only helps us make sure you have the best possible experience with Oxygen, it also helps us do some good in the community.
For every completed survey we receive, Oxygen will donate $5 to one of six charities.
So far, we have donated more than $30,000 to Child Cancer Foundation, Mental Health Foundation, Women’s Refuge, Wainui Whiskers, Nourished for Nil, and Trees that Count.
