Tenant Guide to Rental Inspections

Most inspections are carried out every 12-16 weeks, or as required by the landlord’s insurance policy. You will be given at least 48 hours’ notice by your Property Manager prior the inspection. Our inspection reports include photos of the property to track the general wear and tear, and any maintenance or repairs that may be required. The report will be sent to the property owner and we will provide the tenant with an overview of the property and outline anything that may require your attention.

When you receive notice of inspection from us here at Oxygen, we send you a list identifying types of things we are looking for, like wiping down windowsills, vacuuming, or removing rubbish etc. These are just suggestions but a good start!
