
You can log a request anytime using our 24/7 Concierge Maintenance system, powered by TAPI. It is a quick and user-friendly way to let us know what needs fixing. You can upload photos or videos, describe the issue clearly, and TAPI will guide you through the process step by step.
After submitting your request, TAPI will confirm your details, ask a few questions to better understand the issue, and may suggest common troubleshooting tips. If the situation is deemed urgent, TAPI will advise you to call our emergency after-hours line. If it is not urgent, your request will be sent to your Property Manager to arrange repairs on the next working day.
You can also access TAPI by scanning the QR code inside the kitchen cupboard of your property or by messaging TAPI on Facebook Messenger at @tapihq.
