My name is Binnie, and I have been a Property Manager with Oxygen for 3 ½ years. I originally came from the travel industry, which allowed me to transfer some of my relevant skills and qualifications into Property Management.

I absolutely love the variety in my day-to-day work. I'm a relationship builder, so working with owners, tenants, and contractors to achieve positive outcomes is something that gives me satisfaction every day. Property management is essentially project management, and I like to think it's one of my strong points.

Outside of work, I have a son who plays for the reserves of the Wellington Phoenix, which keeps us all busy. At home, we enjoy spending time with our beautiful one-year-old Cavoodle.

I hold a Level 4 Property Management qualification, which helps me stay informed about the legislation and legalities of our industry.
