There are two bathrooms - the main bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity, toilet, and heated towel rail, and the other bathroom/laundry has a shower, toilet, vanity, three washing machines, and a dryer.

This is on a bus route, has off-street car parking at the back, a driving range, and the Moera shops just down the road, easy access to Seaview and Eastbourne or Petone Foreshore.
